Ok, I'm trying to improvise with gentoo. It do has kernel 3.0.6, that comes with ath5k drivers and minstrel in it, which saves time. But everything else is not so pretty - but ok, It's just two days since I started it. Érico V. Hallo zusammen, mein Name ist Flavio Leonel und ich lebe in Brasilien. Ich versuche mich so genau wie möglich auszudrücken, deshalb schreibe ich in portugiesisch. Seit 3 Monaten beschäftige ich mich mit Mesh Netzwerken auf Basis Openwrt. Auf euch aufmerksam geworden bin ich über Stefan Rovetto, aber er ist sehr beschäftigt und kann mir auch nicht immer weiterhelfen. Ich versuche eine Version von Openwrt für AR7 zu optimieren um (auf) Equipment von ubiquiti zu installieren, da wir dies in Brasilien viel verwenden. Ich möchte eine Version der Software weiterentwickeln / eine weiterentwickelte Version der Software Radius "chillispot und OLSRD" installieren. Ich habe zwar einige Tutorials gefunden, aber hatte damit keinen Erfolg. Bitte helft mir. Ich würde sehr gerne selbst am Freifunk in Brasilien mitmachen. --- Ich kann zwar kein Portugiesisch, meine Frau aber. Jemand Lust zu helfen? it suffices to run olsrd, it is in portage, there is no need for dualboot. Is there any how to, to build an x86 based freifunk device? I have a netbook with a wifi card, and a ethernet port, I wander if it would be possible to turn it into a router - It currently runs gentoo, and a dual boot would be really cool. Att., Érico V.
